crossfox Mission Moment: National Preparedness Month Event at Bucks County Target

Students from Pennsbury Red Cross Club distributed preparedness information to shoppers at Target in Bensalem as part of an event highlighting September as National Preparedness Month. Federal, State and Local officials were on hand to declare September as National Preparedness Month in Bucks County and Bensalem. Also part of this event, Target purchased 450 preparedness kits from the Red Cross which were donated to the United Way of Bucks County to be distributed in Bucks County. Bucks County was the hardest hit in the SEPA region by Hurricane Sandy.
